The Kweebecs are little creatures that resemble small trees that can be found in the Emerald Grove. As seen in the Get to Know Hytale NPC Hytale blog, they have their own culture in which to learn, play with, and teach other Kweebecs.

The Mosshorn is a creature that somewhat resembles the Hytale bison but has two large horns protruding from each side of it's head. It has yellow eyes and a large underbite with small teeth.

A terrifying entity from the Void that watches everything. Its gaze induces fear in even the bravest adventurers. It serves as a scout for the Void forces.

A small anthropomorphic fox-like creature who lives in Howling Sands. Not too much is known about the feran's behaviour but we know they come in different classes and variations, such as warriors and shaman. The ferans wear skull armor, possibly from the past Scaraks they have defeated.

Varyn is the main antagonist of Hytale's storyline. Unlike Gaia he represents only one element, the void. Furthermore, he is the leader of the void creatures. It speculated that Varyn will be a final boss of Hytale, though the adventure never ends!

They are anthropomorphic sloths That live in the deep in huge underground cave systems of Zone 4 otherwise known as The Devastated Lands. Through a miracle of nature, whole jungles emerge in caves. There they build their shelters and live a very quiet and peaceful life as a hermit.

Chicks are assumed passive animals that hatch from Chicken eggs. After an unknown period of time the chicks will grow into fully mature Chickens. Chicks appear to be able to live in a chicken coop, and thus, kept by the player as farm animals.

Crabs have been seen in tropical and underwater regions of Orbis, appearing thus far to only come in one red variety. It is unknown if they will be passive, hostile, or neutral mobs.

Ducks are passive creatures, and are known to spawn in the Emerald Grove (and possibly elsewhere).Ducks can be seen floating on top of the shallow water of Emerald Grove otherwise known as Zone 1. They are ambient and pose no threat to the player.

Gazelles are found grazing in packs. They are often pray to Saber Tooth Tigers, who will stalk them from the undergrowth.

Grizzly Bears are territorial animals and can be found in the forests of the Emerald Grove. They will become defensive when approached but they wont harm you unless you refuse to get out of their way or directly provoke them. An angry Grizzly Bear will chase intruders, but it won't pursue them outside of their territories. When severely injured, they will attempt to escape the encounter and sleep to recover the damage. Disturbing a sleeping Bear is not advised, because the Bear will attack you.

Horses can be found grazing in Zone 1. This mob can likely be tamed and mounted and used as a quicker and more efficient means of transportation. So far, horses have been spotted in the savannah areas of the Howling Sands (Zone 2). and almost all of zone 1.

Jackalopes are rabbit-like creatures that have two small horns at the tops of their heads, grey backs, and white bellies. Two large ears (which are pink on the inside) protrude from a Jackalope's head and give these creatures remarkable hearing.

Saber-Toothed Tigers hunt in packs. After finding prey, they sneak through the undergrowth until they are close enough to leap out and attack the unsuspecting creature. Saber-Toothed Tigers have been known to hunt Antelopes, and have also been shown to attack players.

Trork Hunters are savage fighters from the Trork Faction who often go into battle alongside a Wolf. They can be seen wielding a Trork Sword. You can expect these foes to put up a fight as they are rarely without their pet.

Trork Sentries are part of the Trork Faction that can be seen using a large spear in one hand. They appear to have minimal armor. From their name, we can assume they will be guarding trork outposts. Trork Sentries can be easily distracted by passing birds and will even throw spears at them.

Trork Shamans are seen holding a mystic staff. They will be the magic focus member of the Trork family. With minimal armor they can be expected to be weak but don't think they'll be an easy kill. With their staff and magic abilities expect a real fight from these foes.

Crawlers are Hostile Mobs who lurk in the darkness, waiting to leap out at unsuspecting adventurers. Crawlers are named after their unique physique. They move by crawling around on two limbs that protrude from either side of their worm-like bodies. Crawlers live in the underground caves of Zone 1, and have also been seen in the forests of Zone 3. Crawlers are soldiers of Varyn. They supposedly make up the weaker portion of Varyn's army but are said to still pose a lethal threat.

A mouse is a harmless small mammal found scattered around the floors of Borea. Mice will run away when a player approaches, but you can throw some Cheese on the ground and the Mouse will approach and start eating it! It is also known that there are differently colored variants of mice in Hytale.

The Void Dragon is a hostile void mob that was first shown at the very end of the Hytale announcement trailer. It is likely some sort of powerful boss mob for the Player to take on. The Void Dragon has a very undead-like appearance, with a skeletal rib cage and decaying scales. The wings of the dragon are ripped and tattered, though it seems to still be able to fly, as seen in concept art. Void Eyes are one type of Varyn's many different minions; they are creatures of the void that can levitate. Void Eyes can spawn in any zone of Orbis. Void eyes serve as the "scouts" of Varyn's horde of minions. They range deep into untainted territories long before the corruption has even reached them and report their findings back to Varyn.

These scaraks are seen as a one of the last lines of defense when detaining an intruder, this is accomplished through their ability to work in "groups" to protect or close off corridors, forcing the player to use an alternative path way, or blocking off a Players exit. They can also work with the Warrior to attack players.

Workers are tasked with (as their name suggests) repairing and building extensions to the Scarak hive. However, they are also tasked with moving Scarak Eggs from the Broodmother's area to the hatchery, and organizing the Scarak's treasures. Their duties may even include work within the Scarak prison, cleaning the Ziggurat or the Sand Palace.

Outlander Warriors are part of the hostile Outlander faction. Their camps can be found throughout the freezing lands of Borea. The battle for survival initiates with the brutal warriors, sent to gather food and materials for the rest of the faction.

They have only one eye. The Klops are mostly peaceful and live in the woods. Mostly they are loners, but they are also very strong. And supposedly, they often hid secret treasures

Outlander Cultists are part of the Outlander faction, they are religious figures that appear to be circling one of their Varyn-inspired camps (shown in the gallery). The camps that these Outlanders perform rituals seem to show a green burning color as they guard it.

Outlander Priests are another member of the Outlander faction. They utilize a magic staff weapon with what appears to be skulls of their previous victims engraved at the end of the weapon. They believe they have achieved a measure of mastery over death itself, drawing their power to utilize water magic from a mystical being.

The Outlander Colossus is by far the largest and most powerful member of the Outlander faction. They appear in the deep caves and wield its dual skulled battle-ax with their perished victims hanging on the end, similar to the Outlander Priests.

We have currently only been provided one concept art of the fauns, but it's believed they will be the friendlier faction in Borea. They also seem be hunting with wolves, and they look to have control of some sort of magic. It is also speculated that the Fauns are at odds with the Outlanders because the other two starter zones (The Emerald Grove and Howling Sands) have two races in conflict (Kweebecs and Trorks of The Emerald Grove and the Ferans and Scaracks of Howling Sands).

Snails are animals we know next to nothing about, except that they are a lot bigger that in real life! There are also above ground snails that live in certain areas of the Emerald Grove and Borea. There are also snails that live underground, like the magma snail. The magma might be able to set you on fire by their lava trail!

Sheep are fluffy animals that will most likely provide wool that can be used for many things, especially with making beds, looms and other utilities present in your home.

The Moray eels are a type of eel that are toxic to touch. We'll most likely get hurt if we try to capture them! They have been seen living in small crevasses within the ocean walls on and near the Ocean Shelf.

The Ice Dragon will most likely be a boss. We've only seen it once in the thumbnail for the Hytale trailer. It is most likely related in some way to the Void Dragon. We think there are only 1 dragon per zone. It has been seen in Borea, because of its connection to Zone 3 and water magic. We will most likely go on a quest to defeat it, or at least stop it from causing too much destruction.

Sparrows are small, avian creatures that contribute to the natural world of orbis. Despite their passive nature, Trork Sentries are known to throw spears at them as they pass.

Humans are one of the playable races of Hytale's Adventure mode, (along with Elves) and little is known about the past of Humans on Orbis. Humans used to have a strong mark on Orbis, but at the time period in which the game takes place, they seem to have vanished, except for the Outlanders. Outlanders were a group of Humans that broke away from the main civilization and tampered with Dark Magic.

Elves are one of the playable races in Hytale (the main playable race being humans). Elves most likely have some magical powers, though very little has been shown about them. People speculate that Elves originate from Numdrassl. Elves are not only playable characters but are also mobs. We don't currently know if Elves are passive or hostile.

Warthogs are found in Howling Sands and have been seen near Meerkats. They seem to be decently large in size, about a block or two high, and have dark brown fur and two large tusks.

Frog Monster

Not much is known about the Frog Monster, but the little existing current knowledge states that it is similar in appearance to the Frog, except for that it has spikes on it's back, a row of jutting teeth, and a bulging jaw, as well as large legs with foot webbing. It is not known if there are any variants of the Frog Monster, but, seeing as the Frog has both a lime green and an orange version, it can be assumed that something similar will take place for the Frog Monster.

The Great White Shark is a aquatic creature that has a gray top and a white underbelly, with two large black eyes on either side of it's head. It had three fins: It's dorsal fin (on it's back), it's pectoral fins (on the sides), and it's caudal fin (it's tail, by some measures).

The Parrot in Hytale appears as a yellow and blue tropical bird with curly feathers on the top of its head (which are light blue), gradient blue to yellow wings, and a long, straight, blue tail. It is unknown whether there are different colors or variations of the Parrot.
